What helps us respond usefully

Attach or describe room dimensions, ceiling type, target illuminance, operating hours, preferred CCT, controls interface and the project milestone. If the brief is early, name the two or three uncertainties that matter most.

A useful first message distinguishes required outcomes from preferences. Note whether the team is choosing a distribution, replacing an existing device, coordinating DALI-2 or 0-10V controls, or resolving an occupancy-sensor behavior. Include the market and applicable certification path because models sold in several regions may have different markings and electrical characteristics.

If photometric confirmation is needed, provide a dimensioned plan, mounting height, work-plane height and expected surface reflectances. For controls, identify zones, manual overrides, daylight openings, operating schedule and who will commission the system. Photographs of ceiling conditions and the existing panel or wall box can reveal access and wiring constraints.

We can discuss products and application evidence, but final code compliance, emergency-lighting design and site commissioning require the responsible local professionals. Samples and calculations should be checked under representative conditions when visual outcome is critical.

Messages are reviewed during the hours shown above. A response may request missing inputs rather than offer an immediate model number; this protects the project from selection based on incomplete geometry or an assumed controls architecture. Commercial availability and lead time are confirmed separately through the authorized sales process.
